Atlanta Celebrates Photography
Atlanta Celebrates Photography is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the cultivation of the photographic arts and the enrichment of the Atlanta art community. ACP aims to make Atlanta a leading center for the world's fastest growing art form. Primarily, by producing the largest annual community-oriented photo festival in the United States, we provide experiences that engage and educate diverse audiences through lens-based media.
“So far, the primary benefit is tearing down obstacles I’ve had when thinking about data collection (ACP does not own a venue or use ticketed seats), and realizing alternative ways that it may be natural for us to collect data (rather than having to force systems that would not be a good fit for our structure). The other benefit is that we are all learning a great deal from each other. We may turn out to be our own best resource!”
