Dance Canvas
Dance Canvas is an Atlanta based dance presenting organization that provides opportunities and venues for emerging professional choreographers, youth and the community to increase the awareness of professional dance in Atlanta. Founded in 2008, Dance Canvas has presented 76 emerging professional choreographers, featured over 300 professional dancers, worked with 5,000+ youth in outreach and in-house programs, and introduced over 10,000 audience members to world premier choreography. Through performances, workshops, outreach, and engagement, Dance Canvas "introduces the next generation" of dance makers to Atlanta audiences.

The roundtable has been a bit of a catalyst to convene our organizations and facilitate important conversations about how we make the arts have more importance in the minds of community members...our potential audiences.
